Digital-Intelligent Transformation: Creating AI-Empowered New Medical Models
Amid deepening integration of medical technology and artificial intelligence, Fosun Health has actively deployed cutting-edge technological innovations to build more efficient and precise clinical service systems. Currently, the group operates 18 medical institutions with 6,578 approved beds and holds 9 internet hospital licenses, providing a solid foundation of medical scenarios and application spaces for this collaboration.
Under this partnership, the two parties will jointly promote innovative applications of AI large models in healthcare. Leveraging United Imaging's technical advantages in multimodal large models encompassing medical text, imaging, and voice, they will explore the implementation of multimodal AI capabilities in clinical workflows, focusing on scenarios such as intelligent triage, medical record analysis assistance, and medical quality control, thereby comprehensively enhancing diagnostic efficiency and patient experience.
Simultaneously, they will prioritize building an "Intelligent Digital Imaging Ecosystem Platform" starting with magnetic resonance imaging, driving the transformation of imaging disciplines from "equipment-centered" to "ecosystem-centered." The platform will support imaging data sharing, collaborative development of standardized scanning protocols, and talent empowerment in imaging departments, constructing a comprehensive ecosystem encompassing scientific research, education, and operational management functions. This will further strengthen the professional capabilities and collaborative efficiency of Fosun Health's member hospitals.

Jointly Building Specialized Disease Systems and Smart Health-Preserving Care to Extend Medical Service Boundaries
Building on Fosun Health's extensive experience in comprehensive and specialized service system development, the two parties will collaborate to establish specialized disease diagnosis and treatment systems centered on the core pathway of "screening-diagnosis-treatment-follow-up." Key initiatives will include clinical specialty platforms such as the "Precision Oncology Diagnosis and Treatment Integration Demonstration Center" and the "Center of Excellence in Cardiac Medicine," facilitating systematic leaps in major disease management.
Additionally, combining Fosun Health's existing deployments in rehabilitation and elderly care, the two parties will jointly build innovative service systems around "Smart Medical-Health-Preserving Care." In areas such as geriatric disease screening, chronic disease management, and functional rehabilitation, United Imaging will provide smart wearable devices, AI-assisted diagnostic systems, and remote imaging platform support. Together with Fosun Health, they will create a closed-loop service pathway covering in-hospital diagnosis, community rehabilitation, and home care, driving the transition from single-point medical services to whole-lifecycle health management.
According to the agreement, Fosun Health and United Imaging Group will deepen synergistic mechanisms over the next five years, jointly advancing implementation projects focused on clinical scenario applications, technology conversion efficiency, and model innovation capabilities. The aim is to develop replicable and scalable smart healthcare models under the dual drivers of national policy direction and public health needs.

As global medical technology trends toward intelligent, refined, and human-centric development, Fosun Health remains committed to user needs as its core focus. By aggregating top-tier resources and introducing advanced technologies, it continues to enhance integrated online-offline platform capabilities. This strategic partnership with United Imaging Group will not only accelerate real-world AI applications in medical scenarios but also advance the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy, injecting new momentum into building a sustainable, high-quality modern healthcare service system.
