With many years of experience in neurosurgical diagnosis and treatment, Dr. Yao Zhongwen has held positions including Department Director and Hospital President, while consistently remaining active in clinical practice. In 1984, while serving as Director of the Brain Surgery Department, he successfully performed the first cerebral hemorrhage surgery in the Shuangcheng District of Harbin, filling a gap in the local medical history, an achievement recorded in the district annals.
Having extensive experience in neurology, orthopedics, and other fields, he has performed over 50,000 surgeries, including more than 10,000 procedures for cerebral palsy and encephalopathy.
