Dr. Cui Zhe serves as the Chairperson of the Research Team for the “Luo Pengfei Procedure Oncology Therapy” (a patented methodology registered in the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property, Patent No.: LU501835). He specializes in interventional and minimally invasive oncology treatments and systemic oncology therapy, with focused research expertise in interventional management of primary and metastatic liver cancer and lung cancer.
After graduating from the Medical College of Yanbian University in 1984, Dr. Cui held key positions including Director of Oncology at Jilin Central General Hospital (a tertiary Grade A hospital) and Foshan Sanshui District People’s Hospital (tertiary Grade A), retiring from his clinical leadership role in June 2022. He pursued advanced training at prestigious institutions such as:

Dr. Cui Zhe began his training in 1996 under Professor Luo Pengfei, a renowned pioneer of interventional medicine in China. Through his mentor’s dedicated guidance and years of persistent study, he has developed proficient image-guided diagnosis skills, mastery of comprehensive interventional techniques, andextensive clinical experience, establishing himself as an expert in minimally invasive oncology therapy. As a primary surgeon, he has performed over 10,000 interventional procedures.
