Dr. Fu Meiqi graduated from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University and earned a Master of Medical Science degree. He has participated in academic exchanges and advanced training in several countries, including the United States, South Korea, and Russia. He has published over 10 papers in domestic and international core journals and has led 2 municipal-level research projects, participated in 4 municipal-level and 2 provincial-level scientific research projects.
With over a decade of dedicated experience in spinal surgery clinical practice and research, Dr. Fu places great emphasis on the accumulation of clinical experience and continuously integrates the latest domestic and international research findings for improvement and scientific evaluation. He has conducted significant research in the field of spinal surgical treatment for conditions like scoliosis with rotational deformity and kyphosis, and serves as the principal lead of the hospital’s Spinal Deformity Treatment Program.

He has personally performed over 2,000 successful spinal surgeries, including more than 300 complex spinal deformity procedures, with no incidents of spinal cord or nerve damage, earning consistent high praise from his patients.
